4 Rooms are available to rent in a spacious apartment with 3 balconies. The interior of this property is bright and charmingly decorated with modern furniture. The property has a shared living room and full-equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances. There are 2 complete bathrooms to share between tenants in this apartment.
The property is situated in the Città Studi area of Milan, right next to the University of Bocconi and 10 minutes from the University of Milan. Città Studi is mostly populated by students, and there are several bars, restaurants and cafés to choose from near the property. There are bus stations nearby that connect this area to different parts of Milan.
Room description
Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a heating unit. This room also has a desk, a chest of drawers, shelving and a standalone wardrobe.

What we liked the most
- This is a spacious and well-lit apartment.
- 2 bathrooms means the property is less cramped.
- 3rd floor living means less noise from the streets below!
- The property has close links to local transport.
- This is a university town and therefore has lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
Things to keep in mind
- Spotahome was unable to visit bedrooms 1 and 3, although the landlord has provided us with images of the room.
