- The kitchen has a spacious balcony that is the perfect place to hang dry your clothes or step out for some fresh air.
- There is private parking available on the property.
- There is an extra bathroom sink and washing machine that are separated from the main bathroom by a door – making brushing your teeth and laundry that much more convenient.
- You are well-connected to the city by bus and train.
