If heading for Milan, you may consider this luxury room in San Siro Caprilli, 50 meters from MM5 Segesta. The room is on the upper floor of a large 260mq penthouse. The elevator provides direct access to the penthouse. Very bright, it features an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, a walk-in wardrobe, wooden floor, air conditioning, electric shutters/windows, Smart TV Netflix. The building has a private garden which can be used as a recreational area. If a contract needs to be provided for university or residence permits, a minimum stay of 12 months is required. Please note that the penthouse is unfortunately fragile and some precautions need to be taken (e.g avoid touching walls nor doors, no shoes, …). the landlord Giuseppe - 55 - lives on the lower floor, is an engineer, divorced, and Lara, his daughter, is at home 2 weekends per month. Lara is chatty and lively and she has felt previous guests as part of an extended family.
