There is a double-bed room available to rent in this spacious and elegant 100 m², 2-bedroom apartment. Although you will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady you will have a bathroom for private use. The shared living room and kitchen has a semi-open layout creating a big space decorated with unique decor.
Located on Via Enrico Nöe, the apartment is on the border of the Buenos Aires and Città Studi districts. This area is ideal for students with the Politecnico di Milano campus only a 10-minute walk away. Neighboring Buenos Aires also provides plenty of shopping options.
What we liked the most
- We love the landlady's taste. The apartment is modern but with some flair.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.
- A personal jauzzi! What more could you ask for?
- Get around town by bus, tram, or metro.
