TO DO AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION
To finalize your booking, please upload your ID or Passport to your profile. Once verified, you will receive your contract for signature along with instructions for the deposit and admin fee payment.
After the contract is signed, you can schedule your arrival via our app (48-72 hours post-signature). Please note that check-in times depend on availability and may vary a little from your requested move-in date.
Please notice that bedrooms will be cleaned anytime the tenants change, however the cleaning of the common rooms are responsibility of the tenants living in the flat.
