In ottimo contesto signorile con servizio di portineria H 24 e giardino condominiale, proponiamo Appartamento appena ristrutturato e completamente arredato a nuovo mai abitato, cosi disposto: ingresso con porta blindata in ampia zona living con soggiorno e cucina a vista, terrazzino con affaccio interno esposto su silenziosissimo cortile condominiale dove pace e privacy sono le caratteristiche principali, tutte le camere da letto hanno affaccio su un esclusivo terrazzo con tavolino e sedie Tutte le camere finemente ristrutturate e arredate hanno ingressi indipendenti e 2 bagni finestrati e con bellissima e ampia doccia a vista WALK IN, ciascuno a servizio di due ragazze. Bellissimi pavimenti in gres in tutti gli ambienti, aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato con termosifoni, servizio di portineria h24.
