The queen-size bed stands out for its minimal style but with a strong personality, with simple lines and orange finishes that make it unique in its kind. The large 180 x 60 cm desk is perfectly lit both by the linear design lamp and by the natural light that filters through the window, making this space perfect for working or studying in comfort. In addition, the three-door wardrobe and various pieces of furniture, such as the bedside table with drawer and the low cabinet with 2 drawers and open compartment, offer you enough space to store all your things. The room is also equipped with a Babila Pedrali chair, 2 shelves, a desk lamp, a paper basket and curtains, all designed to create a welcoming and functional atmosphere.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Following steps -You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt -In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment -The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract -The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
