- For the purposes of obtaining a visa or residence permit for study purposes, the tenant is required to pay an amount equal to EUR 250.00 for the preparation of the advance contract, the necessary documentation and the personal documents requested by the competent authorities. This amount is to be considered non-refundable.
- The rental contract will be bound to the dates indicated in the visa issued and cannot be canceled in advance for any reason. Partial refunds are not permitted in case of cancellation or early termination.
