Ogni camera ha il climatizzatore indipendente, una cassetta di sicurezza e una serratura elettronica, ci sono tende normali e oscuranti. La casa ha una cucina enorme con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, piano a induzione, frigo da 600 litri, lavatrice. Il prezzo comprende: affitto, spese condominiali, pulizia periodica delle parti comuni e una quota anticipata di 80euro a persona per tutte le utenze a cui seguirà un conguaglio. La quota anticipata è generalmente sufficiente a coprire tutte le utenze, solo se farai un utilizzo particolarmente intenso di riscaldamento o aria condizionata potresti avere un ulteriore rimborso da dover versare. Deposito: ti verrà chiesto di versare una deposito che ti sarà restituita a fine locazione. Costi opzionali a richiesta: fornitura della biancheria da letto 25euro (una volta per tutto il periodo); pulizia della stanza 15€/ora. Pulizia finale se necessaria 15euro/ora.
