La posizione è strategica: a soli cento metri dalla metropolitana di San Cristoforo e a un chilometro da quella di Inganni, con pure il tram che porta direttamente in centro. Il quartiere è popolare ma tranquillo, ben servito da tre supermercati nelle vicinanze e da una serie di attività sotto casa: pizzeria, pasticceria, panificio e altri negozi di quartiere che rendono la vita quotidiana semplice e piacevole.
