L'appartamento di 75 mq è composto da cucina abitabile, un bagno con doccia walk-in, ampio ingresso e due camere doppie, una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con due letti singoli.
La cucina include lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde e bollitore, piano cottura a gas e frigorifero e TV.
L'appartamento è dotato di ascensore e avrà wifi.
Ha una doppia esposizione ma da su cortili interni quindi molto silenzioso e sicuro per via della portineria tutti i giorni fino alle 12.30 e doppio ingresso.
Regole della casa no animali, no fumo, c'è un balcone per fumare eventualmente, solo studenti, no coppie, sia ragazze che ragazzi, max due studenti prezzo richiesto a camera 750 +150 spese che includono condominio, quindi riscaldamento, acqua, Tari e utenze (luce, gas per cottura e acqua calda, wifi).
Eventuale AC potrà essere installata tramite pinguino in ciascuna camera con supplemento di 50 euro cad per i mesi estivi di utilizzo.
La proprietaria non vive nell'appartamento.
