Weekly cleaning of common areas (entrance hall, kitchen and bathrooms) by a cleaning company is included.
In the building there is an elevator and a full-time concierge service, the apartment is equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, iron) In this room, in addition to a large wardrobe, there is also the dressing room.
