La stanza ha un letto alla francese, un armadio un comodino ed a breve verrà dotata di comò.
Bagno dotato di lavatrice e spazi comuni ampi e ben disposti. A breve il soggiorno si doterà di madia e televisione. Vi è un terrazzino che affaccia sul cortile interno per cui risulta molto tranquillo.
L’ appartamento è in condivisione con un ragazzo lavoratore ordinato, pulito e tranquillo.
L’affitto include le spese condominiali (riscaldamento/acqua/pulizie degli spazi comuni condominiali) e le spese per i rifiuti. Rimangono escluse le spese legate ad elettricità ed internet.
