The 48m2 apartment is fully furnished, perfect for professionals or students. You will be living just a 15-minute walk from IULM and a short bus ride to the charming Porta Ticinese and the large park Romano Blanco.
The living room is the main area of the house - with a sofa, dining table and chairs, some storage space and - best of all - a private terrace for you to enjoy! The kitchen is also here, with an oven, stove, storage space and all your necessary utensils and a washing machine. Bathroom 1 has a toilet, bidet and shower cubicle, and Bathroom 2 is exactly the same, with the bonus of a washing machine.
