The kitchen has been recently renovated, and comes with everything you need to cook, while the living room has a table and chairs so you can sit down for a meal with your flatmates.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few bars within a half hour walk which are great for meeting up with friends. The Magazzini Generali concert hall is also within a 20-minute walk, and is a great place for the more musical flatmate in your life.
