This recently renovated, 5-bedroom apartment has a large balcony with beautiful street views. The property has private rooms to rent, all equipped with air-conditioning and a desk. Shared amenities include 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and a bright living area.
The apartment is located in the student-friendly neighbourhood of Citta Studi, close to shops, bars and several parks. Bus number 54 stops a short walk from the apartment and can take you into the city centre in 15 minutes.

- The living room is stylishly presented and opens out onto the balcony.
- Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 have direct access to the balcony.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
