There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Corso di Porto Romana in Guastalla. This apartment has a fairly spacious living room with a sofa and opposite is a well-equipped kitchen. A large window is situated at the end of the kitchen which lets in plenty of natural light. The kitchen also has space to eat with your flatmates at a breakfast bar. There are 2 bathrooms in this apartment both of which have showers, sinks and toilets.
This apartment is decently located in a fairly central neighbourhood. Nearby are many restaurants if you can not be bothered cooking some nights. There are also many of shops you would need for day-to-day errand-running such as banks, markets, pharmacies and a post office.
Room description
Bedroom 4 is a spacious and bright room with a large window running along the far wall of the room. Underneath this is a desk and chair which would be useful for a student or professional to work from. There is a large standalone wardrobe in which to keep belongings and a comfortable, double bed.
What we liked the most
- There are multiple bars in the area where you could met friends for a drink.
- There is additional storage space available in a wardrobe in the living area.
- The landlord allows tenants to have overnight guests.
- There is heating throughout the apartment to keep you warm during winter.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available with this apartment but the public transport in the area is excellent.
- The kitchenware in the kitchen is quite basic so you my need to supply some pieces of your own.
- The AC units you can see in the photos cannot be used.
