La preferenza verrà data a inquilini che ricercano un alloggio per motivi di lavoro fuorisede, studenti postlaurea, erasmus, con una richiesta minima di tre mesi e massima di dieci mesi. Il proprietario vive nell'appartamento ma per motivi personali sarà spesso all'estero, lasciando quindi l'alloggio ad uso esclusivo dell'ospite per la maggior parte del soggiorno
