Spotahome's opinion
If you don’t mind sharing an apartment with a live-in landlord, then this 2-bedroom apartment with a room for rent on Via Giovita Scalvini is perfect for you. The bathroom is long and includes a shower cabinet. You’ll also be sharing the fully-equipped kitchen, which is huge. It has a window overlooking the inner courtyard, and granite counter tops with lots of space. If you love to cook, there is a gas stove. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table, and includes a washing machine and dishwasher, too.
What makes living in Bovisa so fantastic is the Milan Polytechnic school. The neighborhood has really come alive since the school set up it’s headquarters here. There are lots of student-related activities in the area, and plenty of college pubs and affordable restaurants. Nicolò Savarino Park is nearby. It’s a great spot to take a walk or read a book during warmer months. And, when you feel like getting into the thick of it all downtown, the train can get you there in under 15 minutes.
What we liked the most
- With a gas stove and tons of space, the kitchen is fit for a foodie!
- You can do your grocery shopping at the Carrefour Market, which is 5 minutes away
- You can easily walk to Milan Polytechnic’s Bovisa Campus and School of Design.
- Nicolò Savarino and Giovanni Testori parks are close, and great places to relax.
