The house was renoveted five years ago.
It's very clean and easy to clean.
The surronding area is safe.
No one else can access to the building and to the apartment. Absolutely excluded any kind of party!
Respect also for neighbors (silence from 11 pm to 9 am).
Shoes: please, don’t use the shoes inside.
Smoking: please don’t smoke in the house.
Cooking: it’s possible to use the kitchen from 8.00 am to 10pm
Garbage: please we have to collect in a separate way in a different bin:
when they are full we have to empty them downstairs in the specific bin of the building.
Washing machine: it’s in the other bathroom, ask to the guest and you coordinate it, I do usually it on sunday!
