There are rooms for rent in this tidy 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 90 m² footprint on Via Ernesto Teodoro Moneta in Affori. You'll find a chic kitchen with a long wooden table and chairs so you have somewhere to sit down and enjoy a home-cooked meal with your flatmates. The bathroom in this apartment is bright and has a shower over a bath, toilet, bidet and sink with some storage.
If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the summer sun you won't need to go far - the large Park Bosco di Bruzzano is around a 20-minute walk away and is a great place to get outside and relax. If the weather isn't agreeing with your plans to spend the day outside, you can always take a bus to the nearby Metropoli Centro Commerciale shopping mall and treat yourself to something new.
What we liked the most
- There is public transport nearby so you can easily get around Milan.
- This apartment has everything you need to cook in the kitchen, right down to the pots and pans.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- The Politecnico di Milano Bovisa Campus Candiani is within a 20-minute walk or is accessible by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- This 2nd floor apartment does not have an elevator so you will need to climb some stairs.
- The property has slightly changed since our runner visited: you'll find a bathroom mirror and a microwave now.
