Fresh, clean, open, and airy only begin to describe this lovely apartment. With a bright, large kitchen, and spotlessly clean, shared bathroom, this apartment has been thoughtfully planned and expertly furnished to support group living. Each room comes with its own independent key, and are spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortably furnished.
The origin of the name "Precotto" is disputed; while some scholars suggest that it might be from pree and cott in the Lombard language, meaning "burnt grassland", this area is now spotted with parks and green spaces, and is conveniently residential and quiet. With some really nice restaurants nearby (we've heard Trattoria San Filippo Milano is definitely worth a try), and with supermarkets all within walking distance, we think you'll find this to be a great area to call home.

What we liked the most
- All of the spaces are just so open and airy. The house feels fresh, no matter the temperature.
- The bedrooms are really charming and cute. We loved their furnishings.
- The shared bathroom is quite large for a property of this size.
- We totally got that feeling of "coming home" as we entered. This property really is just so lovely.

- The closest bus stop to the apartment is also only 1 minute on foot and can be found at Precotto M1. From here, you can take bus routes 86, 174, and Bdq86.
- The Milano Greco Pirelli station is a little further at 13 minutes walking, but it's worth it. From here, you can take 10 separate services.
