Each bedroom is furnished with two beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven. Bus stops are located just outside the building, with one bus going to the green metro line (Assago Forum) and another to the red metro line (Bisceglie). The Forum is nearby. The residential area offers a wide range of services, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and bars. Free street parking is available, and there is a large park adjacent to the building.
