Vivere sui Navigli è un'esperienza unica! La casa si affaccia sul canale d'acqua dove passano le barche, intorno è pieno di locali come pub, bar e ristoranti e tanta gente di sera per la strada! È una zona di moda frequentata dai turisti! È una zona centrale, a pochi minuti di tram da piazza Duomo e pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali Università della città. La proprietaria vive nell'appartamento. Parla bene inglese e ama stare in compagnia dei suoi ospiti. La cucina, il bagno e la cabina armadio sono in condivisione con la proprietaria. È consentita una lavatrice a settimana e in estate due ore di aria condizionata al giorno.
