Living on the Navigli is a unique experience! The apartment overlooks the canal, where boats pass by, and the area is full of pubs, bars, and restaurants, with lots of people out on the streets in the evening. It’s a trendy neighborhood popular with tourists.
The location is central, just a few minutes by tram from Piazza Duomo and within walking distance of the city’s main universities.
The landlady lives in the apartment: the living room is actually a private room reserved for her, used for both work and sleeping. She speaks English well and enjoys spending time with her guests. The kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet are shared with the landlady. One laundry wash per week is included, and during the summer up to two hours of air conditioning per day are allowed.
