Condominium Fee Monthly Twenty Five. Water heating Thirty Euros Deposit fee is Two & half months for stays above one months. No Dues Clearance is done after Six to Eight week of exit. All payments needs to be done in advance before arrival/Check in only. No Refunds for early Exit or for non arrival/No Shows, delays in arrival, delays in arrival due to pending dues or non payment, or in case of cancellation requests. Admin Fee Two Hundred Fifty to be paid. No refunds in case all payments have not been completed before the checkin day. No Dues clearance are done after Eight weeks of exit.
