The shared room for rent in this 2nd floor 2-bedroom apartment on Via Giovanni Ambrogio de Predis is only accessible by using the staircase. There are 2 shared spaces: the bathroom and the open-plan kitchen and living area. Everything has been renovated, and the bathroom is modern and spacious, with a black-and-white tile floor and a lovely shower stall. The common area receives plenty of light and has a nice view of the quiet inner courtyard. It includes an equipped one-wall kitchenette and is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, as well as a cozy couch where you can sit and chat with guests.
Villapizzone is a quiet neighborhood, which is great if you want to study or relax after a hard day at work. The shared room for rent is only a 12-minute walk from the Bovisa Campus of the Milan Polytechnic and it's only 8 minutes from Giovanni Testori Park, if you’re looking for a peaceful green space to relax. There is a shopping mall 15 minutes from your new home, but there are shops close by too. In fact, within a 3 minute walk from your front door, you’ll find a supermarket, an ice-cream shop, and a bar where you can meet up with friends.
