Two rooms are available for rent in a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a living room, shared bathroom and a kitchen. You'll also be able to enjoy views from the large 6th floor balcony where you will also find another dining table, perfect for spending some time with your flatmate. Both rooms are fully furnished with a single bed; the rental price of these rooms include all bills, taking away any surprises at the end of the month! The apartment is located in a safe residential neighborhood Viagentino and provides tenants with a peace of mind at all hours of the day. The area also has great transport connections to the city centre. You will also find shops and restaurants in the area along with some beautiful greenery. The area of the apartment is 60m2.

What we liked the most
- We really like the cosy hallway space that also works as a living room. All rooms are very spacious and fully furnished and you'll even benefit from a huge balcony with amazing 6th floor views.
- Seriously, the balcony is very large and perfect for late night dinners or early breakfasts with a view!
- This apartment comes with all utilities included - you won't have to worry about anything if you decide to live here.
- The bedroom #1 comes with an artificial fireplace that adds a beautiful touch to the room. You will also have a large wardrobe with plenty of drawers to keep all your belongings.
