One bedroom with a private bathroom is available for rent in a bright 2 bedroom apartment. You will be sharing this home with the landlady and her sweet dog. Common areas include a living area, the kitchen and a laundry room. The apartment is ideal for students, being located on via Amedeo d'Aosta, in the neighborhood of Citta Studi, and within walking distance to the universities in the area. There are also good public transport connections, allowing you to reach other areas of the city. Tram 23 stops a few minutes from the flat and takes you to the historical centre in 20 minutes. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 135 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The living area is really large and bright. It is furnished with all you need to sit back and relax, including a dining table, a sofa and a flat screen TV.
- The room for rent comes with its own bathroom.
- You will be sharing the flat with only 1 other person, the landlady.
- There is a small balcony furnished with a small table and a chair, ideal for breakfast or enjoying a drink after work.
- The apartment has nice polished wooden floors.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
- There is central A/C and central heating.
- You will be living in Citta Studi, close to universities. This room would be ideal for students.
