IMPORTANT: the landlord provide a transitional type of contract, in order to be eligible you need to present at least one of the following conditions:
- Being in waiting to take possession of a property purchased or assigned by a public body;
- Have a fixed-term employment contract or a temporary job or study transfer (like Erasmus program);
- Being in a process of caring and / or assistance to oneself or to one's family members, in a place other than that of residence of these subjects;
- Renovation work needs to be done on your home, making it temporarily unusable.
