This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on racks inside the apartment or on the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed. Electricity, gas, Wi-Fi and cleaning service are 30€ per month.

Transportation

Tram station P.za Ferravilla, with access to line 5, is a 7 minute walk. Line 5 will take you directly to Milan city center as well as Milano Centrale station.

Citta Studi, translated as "city of the studies", is the one of the major student district of Milan. The Politecnico technical University of Milan, a public university, is housed in this area, in addition to many technical and scientific faculties of the University of Milan. As one may guess, there are many students that live in this area and thus one can find lots of cheap bars and restaurants. Though rent prices are not the cheapest, the district is popular nonetheless for those who prefer to live near their universities.

  • Tram line 5, which will take you to the city center of Milan, is a mere 7 minute walk.
