Appartamento ristrutturato nel 2022. La stanza ha il balcone e il cucinotto per uso privato. Solo il bagno e l'ingresso è condiviso con l'altra stanza. Condominio tenuto pulito con un bel giardino all'ingresso. La stanza affaccia il verde del parco e la scuola elementare di fronte. Si trova vicino al tram 3 e 15 che porta facilmente al Duomo, Bocconi, NABA, Navigli. Zona ben servita con supermercati, negozi, palestra, ristoranti.
