The flat is located in a convenient and strategic area, especially for university students. From here you can quickly reach Polimi Bovisa, Ospedale Niguarda and all the universities of Milan considering the walking distance metro station. The area is equipped with everything you need from supermarkets and other commercial activities. This wonderful flat is composed of a large entrance, a well equipped kitchen, three single bedrooms with french bed with window or balcony and one bathroom with shower.

    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    • ID or Passport
      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
