The large 160m2 apartment faces a quiet interior courtyard, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep for all tenants. You can find several restaurants in the surrounding area, along with a cinema and various shops, providing you with everything you might need.

Featuring an air conditioning unit, this bedroom also has a single bed, a desk, storage units and a view of the courtyard.
The private bathroom is not located next to the bedroom, but some steps away through the corridor.
