This modern studio apartment for rent is compact but very well-designed. It features a ground level with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, and a mezzanine level equipped with a double bed and a clothes rack. Other amenities provided include a washing machine, central heating, Wi-Fi and a flat screen television. The flat is located on Via Privata Ugo Tommei, in the neighbourhood of Citta Studi, a 10-minute bus ride away from the Politecnico di Milano. If you are planning to get a car, you will be pleased to know that there is street parking available, and those travelling by public transport will find train, tram and bus stops within a short walk.
What we liked the most
- There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people on the ground floor and a double bed located on a mezzanine level.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove and an oven.
- The bathroom is spacious and modern, and also features a washing machine.
- There is a table with chairs which can be used as a space to dine or study.
- All utilities, such as Wi-Fi, are included in the monthly rent.
