Studio apartment for rent, located in the Brera District, close to Porta Garibaldi train station. Stylish and beautifully furnished, this 30 m² apartment features a fantastic mezzanine level, along with a comfortable living space.
The studio is perfect for anyone who prefers to live close to the city centre. You will be just moments away from restaurants, shops and cafes. A relaxing walk can take you into the city centre in just 20 minutes, while you will also be close to several tramway and metro stations to guarantee easy public transportation.
What we liked the most
- We love the style of the apartment, with its mixture of modern fittings and rustic / industrial decoration, with rough plaster walls and wood beams contrasting with the steel of the mezzanine rail.
- The apartment has AC for the summer.
- the apartment have a TV.
- You can walk to either Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli or Parco Sempione, 2 lovely public parks, in less than 15 minutes.
- There's some great restaurants near the apartment. From vegan food to Ramen to traditional trattorias, there's a great variety too.
