Si tratta di un Residence di recente ristrutturazione, composto da sette appartamenti, dove prettamente alloggiano studenti universitari e stagisti.l’ambiente è molto tranquillo pulito e rilassante. Gli ospiti sono selezionati per mantenere una qualità di soggiorno elevata per i nostri ospiti.ogni appartamento ha il suo ingresso indipendente un angolo cottura completamente accessoriato ed un bagno privato con Lavatrice. il residence gode inoltre di due spazi esterni dove poter fumare perché all’interno non è permesso.
Per i soggiorni fino a DUE MESI si chiede in deposito MEZZA MENSILITÀ .
