Large, finely furnished loft, located on the ground floor of an elegant building in the famous Via Orti, in the heart of Porta Romana. The apartment is on two levels: on the upper floor there are bookcases and desks useful for smart working; on the lower floor living area with open kitchen, two bathrooms and bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Enviable location, a stone's throw from the metro and very close to the city centre. Thanks to a large number of windows the apartment is very bright. Equipped with a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine and induction hob equipped with crockery and various equipment. The apartment has a TV, heating and air conditioning.
