L'appartamento è sito in ottima zona perfettamente collegata limitrofa a via Savona e via Tortona e alla zona della moda. All'interno di un palazzo residenziale con custode tutto il giorno sito al piano terra basso composto da zona giorno e notte, picolino ma molto confortevole con lavatrice bagno finestrato e tutto ristrutturato a nuovo arredato e corredato con biancheria letto e bagno. La zona è servita da tutti iservizi e vicina ai Navigli e a parco Solari, la metro più vicina è S. Agostino.

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
