This 35 m² studio apartment for rent provides a bright and comfortable living space for an individual or a couple. The apartment has a corridor leading to the main room, which makes it a lot bigger than your typical studio. The apartment is renovated so it has stylish decor and modern amenities. Despite being a studio, there is enough space to have a bedroom corner, living room corner, and a kitchen corner. There is 1 full bathroom with elegant and colorful wall tiles.

The apartment is located in Washington neighborhood, west of the city center. Although a little on the outskirts, you are very well-connected to the city by bus, tram, and metro. However, you won't have to go very far because the surrounding streets are filled with shops and supermarkets.

What we liked the most

  • The studio has a cozy balcony which fills the apartment with plenty of natural light.
  • The studio is furnished with a double bed, shelving, a couch, arm chairs, a large standalone wardrobe, a coffee table, chest of drawers, an elegant dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric stove, a mini refrigerator, and a good amount of storage space.
  • The bathroom is fully renovated with colorful wall tiles and a modern standing shower.
  • The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city by bus, tram, and metro.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is located in the apartment next door and is shared between the 2 apartments. In the next door apartment sometimes there's a cute dog.
