A spacious 2-floor studio apartment is for rent in the Viale Washington area of Milan. The property comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, double sink, and storage; a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living area with a sofa. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with a double bed. From the windows there are views of an interior courtyard with lots of plants.
The apartment is located in Washington, a very desirable Milanese neighbourhood with great shopping and trendy bars. It is also very well connected to central Milan by metro.

What we liked the most
- The high ceilings and mezzanine floor give this studio a tremendous sense of space.
- The kitchen is large for a studio and has a washing machine.
- There is a comfy sofa in the living area.
- Two windows mean the property is very bright.

- Washington is a very desirable place to live.
