This recently refurbished, fully-furnished modern apartment is found in the North Loreto area, right beside the TURRO metro station from which you can arrive at the Duomo in just a 10-minute journey on Line 1 of the Metro.
The apartment has all of the amenities you could expect from a modern apartment. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa and smart TV, as well as a queen-sized wall bed which can be pulled down over the sofa. The kitchen has a 2-hob induction cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with the kitchenware you may need. The apartment also benefits from a hot/cold air-conditioner for keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter, regulation on temperature is possible by respecting sustainability standard. The living area boasts a large built-in wardrobe for storage. Finally, the bathroom has a shower and bidet, as well as bed linen and towels which come included.
The apartment is equipped with a loggia, a small balcony. To give you an idea how big it is, 2 people can stand on it for a sunset’s apero or if you want to put your herbal plants in the sunny seasons.
There is a common laundry room in the building with washing machines and dryers where clothes can be washed free of charge.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Kindly be aware, reservations are strictly set to start and end on Thursdays, though it is possible to arrive later or leave earlier within the booking period, without a refund for the days not used.
After booking on Spotahome, it is mandatory to create an account in the house provider app to receive the entry code and upload credit card details for payments.
Regarding payments and additional fees:
For bookings longer than 8 weeks: pre-payment required for the first 8 weeks(including the month paid via Spotahome, so you will be required to pay the difference). At the next payment date, the tenant will be charged for a period of up to 4 weeks, billed 4 weeks in advance of the start of this period. Extra payments needed are also final cleaning (150 euro), and deposit (200euro), all before check-in.
For bookings shorter than 8 weeks: a pre-payment of the first 1 month is made to Spotahome, with a separate charge from the housing provider the remaining weeks of the booking
