L'appartamento è ubicato in un'incredibile location, quasi introvabile! Siete nell'autentico cuore di Milano, tra la magia del Quartiere Sant'Ambrogio, rinomato soprattutto per la chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie e l'Università Cattolica e il fascino di Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna e Cordusio! Procedendo a piedi lungo Via Meravigli e Via Dante tra dehors per l'aperitivo ed eleganti negozi di ogni tipo, in soli 15 minuti arriverete in Piazza Duomo, l'icona-simbolo di Milano! Pratico Appartamento dotato di quanto necessario per soggiornare in modo dinamico ed smart. Ideale per giovani e turisti alla ricerca di uno spazio da utilizzare come appoggio per la notte e preparare una piccola colazione. L'alloggio non è suggerito a chi è alla ricerca di una casa "da vivere" o a chi intende utilizzare con assiduità l'angolo cottura per preparare lauti pranzi o cene.
- LIVELLO INFERIORE con zona relax con divano letto e piccolo angolo cottura con piano cottura a 2 fuochi, bollitore, piccolo frigorifero.
- LIVELLO SUPERIORE (raggiungibile tramite scale interne) con letto matrimoniale. Bagno con bidet e piccolo box doccia I 2 livelli non sono isolati acusticamente l'uno dall'altro e non ci sono porte che li separano. Soffitti bassi, in alcuni punti altezza massima 175cm.
- Ulteriori servizi a disposizione: aria condizionata con unico split, riscaldamento centralizzato, wifi illimitato, piccolo balcone. Prego notare: sono presenti lavatrici e asciugatrici a pagamento nello stabile al piano -1 condivise con gli altri ospiti. Sono attive tutti i giorni dalle ore 8 alle ore 19. Sono presenti 5 gradini all'ingresso prima di raggiungere l'ascensore.
- ATTENZIONE: l'ascensore nello stabile arriva fino al quarto piano. Per raggiungere il quinto piano occorre salire a piedi per un piano.
- Sotto casa sono presenti le fermate dei tram #16 e #19: la fermata più vicina è quella di Corso Magenta/ Viale Nirone a 20 metri. Se viaggiate in automobile vi informiamo che il parcheggio in zona è difficoltoso e solo a pagamento: i garage a pagamento più vicini sono il Sant'Ambrogio Parking vicino alla casa, "Garage Alle Grazie" su Corso Magenta e il "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. L'appartamento è in area C, se venite in auto occorre pagare il ticket di accesso.
