A circa cinque minuti a piedi si trova la fermata Molino Dorino (M- uno) e i collegamenti autobus e treni che portano comodamente a Milano centro, Rho–Fiera e Malpensa .
L’immobile non dispone di parcheggio né di ascensore: accesso diretto al piano terra e ingresso indipendente.
