This studio is quaint and cozy, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 21 m² space is equipped with a living area, sofa bed, stocked kitchen and full bathroom. The highlight is the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace with stunning views - the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine after work! Inside the apartment, WiFi is installed and activated, and there is a television in the living area. The space is ready to move in, relax and enjoy!

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
