I am renting a small studio apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is located near the Corvetto metro station, on the third floor without an elevator, in a quiet and peaceful building. There is a shared entrance before accessing the apartment. The studio apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and air conditioning. Heating is shared. The apartment is rented to a single person, male or female, quiet and peaceful.
