Monolocale moderno e ristrutturato – Milano Certosa (WiFi incluso) L'appartamento è un monolocale di circa 30 mq al secondo piano di una palazzina d'epoca (senza ascensore), recentemente ristrutturato a nuovo e completamente arredato. L'appartamento è una soluzione "full-electric", pensata per chi cerca un soggiorno pratico e senza stress.
Dotazioni e comfort: Climatizzazione: Pompa di calore supersilenziosa Daikin (caldo/freddo) e nuovo pannello radiante a infrarossi appena installato in bagno con telecomando (alta efficienza e basso consumo). In bagno una lavatrice.
Cucina: Per cucinare piano a induzione + microonde con grill da 23L appena acquistato! Anche il mobile all'ingresso l'ho appena montato!
Tech: WiFi in fibra ottica già attivo e incluso nel canone, TV LED 38".
Esterno: Balcone privato con affaccio interno sul giardino condominiale, silenzioso e riservato.
Spese e Condizioni: L’obiettivo è la massima semplicità nella gestione dei costi: inclusi nel canone le pese condominiali, acqua e WiFi. Esclusi: Solo la bolletta elettrica (unica utenza dell'appartamento).
La Posizione L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e ben servita, a soli 100 metri dalla Stazione FS Certosa e dal capolinea dei tram.
Collegamenti principali: 4 minuti: Politecnico Bovisa, Fiera Rho, Ospedale Galeazzi. 25 minuti: Centro città e stazioni principali.
Auto: Ingresso autostradale a 1 km; parcheggio su strada gratuito e facile da trovare.
Servizi nel raggio di pochi minuti a piedi: Grande Supermercato Esselunga, Ospedale Sacco, Caserma dei Carabinieri, Cinema Multisala e ristoranti/pizzerie locali.
