Appartamento nel cuore di Isola, in una zona vivace e dotata di tutti i servizi. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di una corte tranquilla, è arredato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La zona notte è soppalcata e potrebbe essere di difficile accesso per persone con difficoltà motorie. L’altezza del soffitto nella zona notte è di 1,5 metri.

Le spese condominiali non sono incluse nel canone di affitto e hanno un costo medio di 90 €, che comprende la fornitura di acqua e il servizio di portineria per mezza giornata.

Il costo mensile delle utenze è di circa 210 € per i mesi più freddi (da dicembre a febbraio) e comprende 150 € per il gas e 60 € per l’elettricità. Il costo per il periodo estivo è normalmente inferiore, intorno ai 105 €: una spesa media di 25 € per il gas e 80 € per il consumo elettrico dovuto all’uso del condizionatore.

Apartment in the heart of Isola, in a lively area with all services nearby. The apartment is located inside a quiet courtyard and is furnished with care and attention to detail. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine level and may be difficult to access for people with mobility issues. The ceiling height in the sleeping area is 1.5 meters.

Condominium fees are not included in the rent and have an average cost of €90, which includes water supply and half-day concierge service.

The monthly cost of utilities is approximately €210 during the colder months (from December to February) and includes €150 for gas and €60 for electricity. During the summer period, costs are usually lower, around €105: an average expense of €25 for gas and €80 for electricity consumption due to the use of air conditioning.

The apartment is equipped with kitchenware, a microwave oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
