This cozy and colorful 45 m² studio apartment available to rent is located in the Bovisa district. The studio has high ceilings that make it feel spacious and big windows that fill it with natural light. There is a loft bed with a single bed, which allows for a desk/table area underneath. There is a large entertainment center that you can use for shelving and storage, and where there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner comes fully equipped with an electric oven, stove top, and plenty of cupboards.
The studio is on a residential street but convenient location. You have the Bovisa train station and a Politecnico di Milano campus within 6 minutes of the apartment, as well as several bus and tram stops. You also have all your basic amenities nearby, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars to choose from.
