This cute studio apartment for rent on Via Pietro Marocco is on the ground floor. You have a lovely garden entrance into your new home. There are also benches here where you can sit and read. The apartment itself is cozy. The main area is furnished with a double bed, night tables, a TV, a standalone wardrobe, and a table. You’ll find the fridge and the washing machine in this space, too. The kitchen is small, but it has a tall window and it’s fully equipped. It’s also set apart from the main space and has ample shelving. The modern bathroom has a shower stall and it also has a tall window, so you do get some natural light into this quiet spot.
Your new home in Loreto is close to the Milano Centrale Railway Station, which is convenient for when you want to travel outside of Milan. You also have good transportation connections to downtown living here. Although there is a nice garden outside of your home, Trotter Park is a terrific spot for a stroll or picnic. You can walk to the Greco Shopping Mall in less than 20 minutes, but there are nice little local shops nearby. Within a 10 minute walk you’ll discover a gym, cinema, a couple of restaurants, and a few small grocery markets. Upon signing the contract it will be necessary to pay the fees for registering the contract (registration tax and stamp duty). These taxes amount to 2% of the total annual rent. The tax is foreseen by Italian law.
What we liked the most
- The building is old and has a lot of charm, as well as a garden with benches.
- You're well connected to the rest of the city and can get downtown in 15 minutes.
- Cinema Beltrade movie theater is just a few minutes away.
- You’ll find a gym and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
