Renovated and comfortable apartment, well equipped for two people. 3rd floor with elevator, quiet BALCONY overlooking the inner courtyard, AIR CONDITIONING. Bedroom with two single beds, walk-in wardrobe, new bathroom with large shower and window. Bed linen included, kitchen equipment and appliances (fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron). Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent, well-maintained building, very well inhabited, excellent location, tram right outside the building. Portello shopping center directly in front.
